Gatesman is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst with 1-3 years experience who is excited to join our growing analytics team. This individual should have a working knowledge of data manipulation, a curiosity for finding business insights in data, and a strong business acumen to translate that insight into actionable results. Overall, this is someone who will be interested in helping our clients succeed by getting the most out of their data.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with various stakeholders to define business goals and associated KPIs
  • Define measurement and tracking strategy for campaigns and websites
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure tracking set-up is complete prior to launch
  • Create compelling dashboards that are easy for stakeholders to interpret and quickly gauge success of initiatives
  • Deep dive into interesting trends identified in dashboards to help round out more meaningful insights
  • Provide regular reporting and documentation of initiatives with actional insights and recommendations
  • Present results and recommendations to both internal teams and clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
  • Minimum one year experience in business and/or marketing analytics
  • Proficiency using Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Google Analytics and/or data visualization software


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related discipline preferred
  • Familiarity and understanding of digital advertising and marketing preferred
  • Experience using Data Studio, Facebook Insights, & Tableau preferred
  • Experience writing code in python, R or SQL preferred
